A renowned company that has been in the manufacturing business for 30 years and is well-known in Berlin approached me to develop plans for renovating their own stores as a result of our collaboration. Their furniture store is set up on a 5,000 square meter area, specializing in furniture, flooring, and kitchen products. They were seeking to benefit from an industrial designer's perspectives and refresh their image.
Having collaborated with the company for some time, I've had the opportunity to get to know them and their customers. After approximately 5-6 months of observations and market research, we decided to create a new customer greeting area that would be beneficial to them.
They wanted to showcase their manufactured products and approach furniture-making with the precision of a tailor to meet customer demands while also reducing negative feedback from existing customers.
I facilitated their communication with customers and contributed to improving their sales quality by providing them with a new, inviting sales area. The entire process you will see below was enjoyable for all of us.
The photographs above were taken by me. The video below was provided to me by the company.
The concept work you see below has been completed within approximately 1-2 months. Colors have been selected, and partial revisions have been made. Having multiple models aims to showcase the products correctly and carry a modern approach.

You are seeing images from the production of the area. While our goal was to create a brand new space, it was not to disrupt the unity but to serve the entire store as a cohesive unit, where everyone works together. And indeed, that's what happened.

As you can see above, the company has been driven towards a different, modern approach, departing slightly from the flat, traditional approach.

The area within the company that I observed to be of utmost importance is filled with dining tables or less-sold items. It needs to be reshaped with the right approach and a designer's eye. The "before" image you see here depicts its current state. You understand what I mean, don't you?
After earning the approval of the company owner and receiving positive feedback from customers, I began improvement projects for different areas of the furniture store. However, you'll see those in the future.
